    Is it the latest version of SSMS? Please try updating SSMS to see if the problem still exists.

You need to login via "Azure Active Directory - Password", then specify your company email address and then NOT specify your password  (yeah, right? Weird stuff).  Then hit connect, get authenticated via your company's authentication process, and then you're connected.
