Connecting to Model with Other Analytics Solution e.g. Qlik

Hi all,

 

We have created a Premium workspace and reports for some external customers in power BI. However, they are now saying that they want to be able to use Qlik to create reports over the model (Clearly there is someone in the team who uses Qlik and doesnt want to move from this)

 

So my question is, is there a way of connecting to the model with Qlik? Using the XMLA endpoints?  

 

I have seen some old information about this but I imagine that its very different now so It would be good to have some idea on what people think?

    <shrug>  You can try to use the SSAS connector in Qlik (not sure if it accepts the powerbi:// address though) or use the new reporting API to extract individual tables from the model.

     

    Sounds a bit like a desperate waste of time...
