Connect a report to a dataset using dynamic bonding.

We are trying to implement dynamic bonding of dataset to a report and we are getting the error "AADSTS90002: Tenant '' not found. This may happen if there are no active subscriptions for the tenant. Check to make sure you have the correct tenant ID. Check with your subscription administrator." We have active subscription and verified that tenant id is correct. What steps should we take to troubleshoot this.
