Card Brower as a URL to another page...possible?

Hi All,

Recently I have seen the power in the Microsoft visual called Card Browser.  I would like to use these cards like an APP store where the Power BI page provides users a one stop shop to find different PBI interfaces, then be able to click on the card to "jump" to that interface.  (like a hyperlink button)

Does anyone know, have experience, doing that with these?  Is it possible.  If not, does anyone know of another visualation plugin?

Note, that in the image below I cannot use the url's I have, at least in the way I have them, to do this "jump"

Appreciate any help / insights I can get.
