Cannot see Tenant Setting when already a Power BI Administrator

I need to enable Service principal API access. I am already a Power BI Administrator and also a Global Administrator (as shown below)

I still cannot seet Tenant Settings on Power BI Admin Portal

As you can see below the screenshots I have the same user accounts that is login on Power BI and also has the Power BI Administrator and Global Administrator on Azure AD.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try to sign out and sign in Power BI Service again with InPrivate window, and make sure that the account which login in Power BI Service is the one with both Global administrator and Power BI Administrator roles.

Tenant settings are managed in the Admin portal, and can be configured by a Power BI service administrator.
