Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undefined - Custom Visual

Im trying to install the pbiviz package to used the Custom Visual with R and Power BI but I get this error: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undefined.

I'm following this step by step: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/visuals/custom-visual-develop-tutorial

 

The error appears when I create and install the certificate

Could you explain me how to solve it?

Node version: 10.16.03

Power BI version: 2.73.5586.1101

R version: 3.6.1
