Cannot figure out how to use TooltipManager

Hi,

I am trying to add tooltip support to my custom visual. Following this guide. Using "SampleBarchart" as a starting point.

From the guide: "interface for coordinates of selected points must be expanded by another TooltipEnabledDataPoint interface and add tooltipInfo attribute to each item of dataPoints array"

Is this what was meant?

export interface TooltipDataItem {
        displayName: string;
        value: string;
}

interface BarChartDataPoint {
        ...
	tooltipInfo: TooltipDataItem[];
    };

"Then call TooltipManager.addTooltip method in your chart render function"

Thried this:

let bars = this.barContainer.selectAll('.bar').data(viewModel.dataPoints);
...
TooltipManager.addTooltip(bars, (tooltipEvent: TooltipEvent) => {
	return tooltipEvent.data.tooltip;
}, true);

Looks like I have TooltipManager reference missing:

Cannot find name 'TooltipManager'.
Cannot find name 'TooltipEvent'.

Did anyone successfully implement custom Visual tooltips when using pbiviz tool?

@mpo, Tooltips are on the API Version 1.4 milestone, see https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals/blob/master/Roadmap/README.md. Based on my research, there is no related resource in https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals-tools.
