Cannot debug custom visual in PowerBI online.

Since the afternoon[4/21/2020 16:00:00 GMT+0800 (China Standard Time)], there was a network problem that prevented me from debugging the code in Power BI,  I am not sure what caused the issue, please help me. thanks very much!

FYI: the xhr request https://wabi-west-us-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/refresh/subscribe seems not to be responsed.
