Hello,
I have recently re-downloaded the Power BI Gateway - Enterprise application, on my Windows 2012 R2 virtual machine.
The download and installation worked without a problem, but when I attempt to configure it by clicking on "Sign in to Power BI" I get redirected to a blank screen:
Exiting that page, I encounter the following page:
Important to note that the Enterprise Gateway was previously working without issues - we had opened up the appropriate ports in our firewall, and I was able to successfully publish Power BI dashboards online I have also set up the sync between our internal Active Directory and that of Azure.
I am also using IE 11 and installed the Windows2012R2 KB2154070 security patch, thinking it might have to do IE. This did not change anything.
@vanessadiaconu Did you un-install the gateway prior to this, or is this a new install?
Are you using the same admin account that has a Power BI Pro License?
I read somewhere (can't find the thread) that if you un-installed, you need to make sure to delete the gateway folders prior to re-installing... Look for those here:
C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Enterprise Gateway
C:\Program Files\Power BI Enterprise Gateway
