Can we track user activities in PowerBI Embedded?

Hello, I have a quick question. Is there a way for us to track individual users' usage and activities when we use PowerBI Embedded within the BI layer? *For example, if we want to know exactly who accesses the report and the specific user's activity for audit purposes, is that possible? I assume that we can track if we use `embed for your organization` as the solution but not `embed for your customers`. Am I understanding things correctly here?  Or, if we use PowerBI Embedded for either solution, do we lose our ability to track user's usage?

I looked into the FAQ document but I couldn't find an answer to my question. Thank you for looking into my question.
