Can we protect our PC from malicious R code in pbix file ?

We want to enable R, But We need to protect our PC from malicious R code.

Power BI Desktop can enable R for R data source and R visuals.

and R can write the files on PC, and can access the SQL Server database.

We think that the pbix files with malicious R code can infect the PC which open it.
