Hi @AnkitSingla ,
Frist in Power BI Desktop, select File > Options and Settings > Options, then select Report settings under CURRENT FILE. Find Export data section to select the option "Allow end users to export both summarized and underlying data from the service or Report Server" if you need to export both summarized data and underlying data.
In Power BI Service, please find the related report and select the option "Settings" just as shown in Settings image. It will open report setting page, please make sure that you select the option "Summarized data and underlying data" under Export data dropdown list if you want to export both Summarized data and Underlying data and click "Save" button to save this setting...

@Anonymous I already had taken care of this option . Looks like Power BI administrator need to turn on Export to Excel option from the Admin Portal > Tenant Settings.
@AnkitSingla
You need to turn on the Export to Excel option from the Admin Portal > Tenant Settings.
If you do not have the right to do so, request your Power BI administrator to turn it on.
