Can I use another PBI report as a Data source?

I have a client that wants to integrate data from another provider built in PBI into their own PBI reports. The provider won't provide access to the data sets, but has given them rights to export data from the reports. I believe the reports are being delivered via "Apps." Is there any way to use those reports as a data source/automatically pull data from those reports?
