Can I add multiple columns in single data role field?

I am creating a custom visual, where I want to add multiple columns in single data field. 

Refer the image :

Here, I want add two columns lets say urn1 and urn2 in "URN" field and access the data of those columns in my cusrtom visual.
Is it possible to do that?
