Can I Use Bing Map PowerBi desktop where internet is not working?

Hello,

I am working on PowerBi Desktop Where on that system internet is not working. I am using Bing map in power Bi.

But as internet is not provided in system. Bing map not working or we can say not showing any data.

longitude and latitude is also not in table.

Is there any way I can show my table data on map in such situation?
