Calling power bi report visuals into 3rd party software and or apllications

Hi Experts

Is it possible to do the following. I have created and published my power bi report to power bi services. Now I open up a third party application here I want to have the ability to call either a particular power bi report I have created a title or image of that title and embed that into the 3rd party application. If the visual or visuals have been updated and that update to be reflected in our 3rd party application. Also if possible have the ability to choose which visual I can embed in said 3rd party applications. Can this be done using power bi or and other method like using Azure AAD etc..
