Calculate nps score by months
I am instructed to calculate NPS score by month. For example, calculate the NPS score for the month of January. My excel sheets store dates of the survey submitted but I am unable to calculate nps score by month. My NPS score is calculated in Excel sheet currently. Can someone advice on how I can calculate nps score by months? Thank you
