CSV Export button for Embedded Power BI Report

Is there any way in which I can export my Table Chart in CSV format from the Power BI embedded report? The export is available from the Power BI desktop and app.powerbi service but not from the embedded report. I also tried the Power Automate button. It only shows the option of exporting CSV in Excel online, but I need to get exported in my local machine/laptop.

Additional info: I have shared the public link of an embedded dashboard with my client, but he can not export the csv of the table chart. Is there any way to do this? Help would be appreciated. I have attached a chart view of my dashboard.

I found you mentions you share the public link of you report,  did you mean to the report are shared with the 'publish to web' feature?

If that is the case, I'd like to suggest you take a blook at the following link of limitations about use 'publish to web' feature to share report.
