CSS standard custom visual for Power BI Desktop and app.powerbi.com

Hello / Good morning,

I must build a set of report under powerbi Desktop for several department in my company (financial, marketing, customer relation ...).

To share all reports I must send this under app.powerbi.com.

It's possible to build a charter for powerbi with CSS and use this CSS class in the same time under app.powerbi.com and powerbi desktop ?
