The new actions will be kept added and the action status will be changed any time once the actions are completed. However; I would like to show the status of the active actions at each given week. How can I build the graph to capture the actives

Hi!
To show the status by week you need to have recorded in your database the history of changes every week. That is, every week you need to save the action, the status and the reference date (date or week the information was saved). Having that you can import this table into Power BI and create a chart with the date on the X axis, the status in the legend and create a metric using the COUNTROWS function to count the rows and add it on the Y axis for example.
