Build button is greyed out for ODBC in Power BI Report Builder

I just downladed Power BI Report Builder (Paginated Reporting) to my PC.  When I attempt to create a new ODBC data connection, the ODBC connections available in my PC are not displayed, and the BUILD button is greyed-out and inactive.  The same ODBC connections work fine from Excel. Peers at my company have not had this same problem, they download, conenct, and get building.

 

Anyone know what simple setting I am missing to allow existing ODBC connections to work from Power BI Report Builder?
