Bug or Missing link to choosing a workspace when adding a PowerBI Report to Dataverse

Hi, I am trying to follow this process of embedding the PowerBI into a form in Dataverse. First I need to add the report into the environment. The problem is, the interface for me is different than in the guide:

So following the step 4., there should be "Choose Workspace" option, which does not exist in my interface. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is this a bug? Many thanks, Adam.
