Bookmarks and locked filters

Hello

We use Power BI Embedded and allow users to save bookmarks that we store in a database (not in Power BI).

The problem is that when the report developer locks filters or changes default values, the bookmark will override this.

Is there a way to not allow bookmarks to override default filters or locked filters?

Scenario:

1. The user adds a bookmark with filters

2. Report developer locks filter

3. The user selects the bookmark

4. The locked filters are changed
