Blogpost states that API Refreshes are ilimited for premium, is it true?

I understand that refreshing a Report via API Call (such as power flow) in Pro license is limited to 8 times a day.

This blogpost from Microsoft states that a Premium capacity can have ulimited API refreshes. This is confusing, since the documentation states that Premium has 48 refreshes.

Is it true, or did they write it wrong?

• Existing limits on refreshes apply when running the refresh dataset action in Microsoft Flow. For datasets in shared capacity used by Power BI Pro, your refresh action is limited to eight refreshes per day (including refreshes executed via Scheduled Refresh). In Premium capacities, there is not limitation on the number of refreshes per day, although you are limited by the available resources in your capacity. If there are not sufficient resources, the refresh execution may be throttled until the load is reduced. If this throttling exceeds 1 hour, the refresh will fail.​

Power BI limits datasets on shared capacity to 8 daily dataset refreshes.

If the dataset resides on a Premium capacity, you can schedule up to 48 refreshes per day in the dataset settings.

It's also important to call out that the shared-capacity limitation for daily refreshes applies to both scheduled refreshes and API refreshes combined. You can also trigger an on-demand refresh by selecting Refresh now in the dataset menu, as the following screenshot depicts. On-demand refreshes aren't included in the refresh limitation. Also note that datasets on a Premium capacity don't impose limitations for API refreshes.

However, for Premium Capacity, although there is no limit to the number of API refreshes, the resources in Capacity are limited (depending on your SKU) and your operations (including but not limited to refresh) will consume the resources in Capacity, if you consume the maximum resources, all your operations will be limited until the load is reduced.
