Blank Output in Power Automate

Hello,

My Power Automate flow is failing to generate output with some of values. 

The outout is blank for 28 out of 132 values, no error message. Flow nottification says 'Your flow ran successfully'. Tested the report itself in Power BI with parameters where output is blank, report's output is not blank; the report in Power BI is not 'heavy' one, runs in seconds.
