Blank Measures and Dimension table with Direct Query to PBI Dataset

Hi,

I have a PBI Dataset connect to a database using import mode. I am then connecting multiple reports to this dataset with direct query. 

When I refresh the PBI Dataset, my report connected to the this dataset goes blank. I see can see data for my dimension tables but none of the data for the fact table and accosiated measures are blank. This behavoir is the same in Desktop and Service.

Addtionally, I can see all the data and all the meause work in my main dataset which imports the data.

Any ideas where this issue can be coming from? Could it be a gateway issue?
