Best place to post power bi work?

Hi, 

I have been working with a client in Brisbane building Power BI reporting. I am starting a long term contract elsewhere and the client has asked where he can find another consultant to continue growing their dashboard.

Is posting the job on sites like Upwork the best way to find a Power BI consultants for short-term work?
