Best Visualization to show a data range in Power BI

Hello,

I'm looking to replicate the following visualization in Power BI (see Figure 1).

The data available to me is in four columns (see figure 2). 

I tried Line & Stacked Column Chart but unable to figure out a way to show the ranges (15% to 65%  as well as 80%) within horizontal lines. 

Can someone please help with this.

Please check if the custom visual Line and Stacked Column Chart with Table can achieve your requirement. And you can search and find the proper custom visual from this link.
