Azure Log Analytics can't access subscription

Hi 

I am trying to activate Azure Log Analytics but get the following error below. I am the owner of the subscription and followed this guide Configure Azure Log Analytics in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

I double checked the Azure Log Analytics is turned on in the Admin settings. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

You don't have access to any Azure subscriptions. Ask the person who manages Azure subscriptions in your organization to grant you contributor access or higher
