Auto Scheduler not connecting to web source

Hi All,

we are using Power BI desktop sept 2019 version and able to connect IBM RTC query (Jazz) thru web source.I'm able to refresh dashboard with out any issue in desktop version.Now published to server and enabled auto refresh option to automate the dashboard but facing error like could not connect to dashaboard.

Please provide input if any one faced such error?
