I have a requirement to fetch employee cv and employee ID proof stored in application as attachment which has oracle database and want to fetch attachment directly on the power BI report so that one can see then from report without going to application
Anyone having any idea ?

Your application has connected to your oracle database, and you want to get data from your application.
Here I have some advice:
1. You can make sure whether your application support Rest API, you can try to get data from Rest API in PBI Desktop.

2. You can connect to oracle database directly in PBI Desktop.
