Assign Service Principle to Power Bi Service Administrator role

Hi

I created an App-auth only application in Azure and successfully embedded dashboards using its client secret.  I can call the REST api with its tokens, but not the Rest admin API.

Is it possible to assign a Service Principle to the Power BI Service Administrator role so that I can make the admin REST calls?
