Approach to build Power BI dashboard WITH different sources

What is the best approach for fetching data from multiple sources such as Online HR solution, Oracle, and CSV files in a Power BI dashboard?

Dashboard has a particular meaning in Power BI. Did you mean to say "report" or "dataset" ?

    Read about the Formula Firewall. Do not try to merge the data sources in Power Query. Join them in the data model.
