Anyone used BI Helper, or anything else, for emailing Excel reports from Power BI to external users?

Unsure if this is the right place, since I'm not the developer but...

We wanted to email Excel reports from Power BI, to users that are both internal & 'external'. (In reality, due to a takeover - same company, but they are setup as external users). 

• Paginated Reports can do Excel files.  Power BI Premium (the 5k/month & up version), can do external users.  
  • Paginated reports are a pain in the neck
  • And we're not set to go Premium until 2022. 

So was looking at 3rd party solutions.  One I came across was:

But I've never used them.  

Anyone have any experience with them, or with any similar service?

According to your decision, I think you can take a look at the following links both use power bi automate to export reports and send emails:

For the third part solution, I think you can direct contact to their support teams to get further support of usages.
