Alternatives for token generation for Power BI embedded

Hi to all,

we are a small company that has developed Power BI visuals with emebedded integrations in our application.
We have seen that a Power BI per User license is not enough to avoid token generation for Javascript visuals.
Now, we have tried to get a new license (same type) but the result is the same. Are there better alternatives than a capacity that is way too expensive for our business?
