Alternative to traffic light visuals with pie charts

Hi guys,

I am trying to find an alternative to this visuals for Go/Nogo process in a industrial project:

I use multiple pie charts for different categories with values ( R:red, G: Green, O:Orange) and I get something like this for every stage

Stage 1 :                                                                     Stage 2  :                                                   etc ....

Does anyone have an idea how to replace this with a more fun (custom ) visual ?
