Can I adjust table size dynamically according to data in power bi so that blank space will not appear below table?

No, you cannot dynamically resize the visual boundaries. If this is important to you please consider voting for an existing idea or raising a new one at https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com
In the Format pane of your Table visual, ensure Column headers > Auto-size column width is turned On. This prevents horizontal gaps but does not solve the vertical blank space.
