We are working on a proof of concept with power bi embedded and one part of it is to interact from the embedded power bi report with the outer page.
We're currently using a bar chart where we can click on a bar and that provides us the clicked bar in the dataselectedevent.
The problem we are having is that we only get the value of the car table that we put into the axis field (license plate). Is there a way how we can get to the other information of the car table? In this example the Brand name and the Id field?
The bar chart is showing the maintenance cost per car based on the license plate of the car.
Car table:
Id
Brand name
license plate
..
Maintenance table:
Car Id
Cost of maintenance
