Add page to a report

I use custom navigation so + button is hidden. So, it is possible to add page programmatically?

I embed report in edit mode. I using custom navigation like this https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/demo/pagenavigation.html . Question is there are possible add page to a report programmatically?

The custom page navigation experience is designed for report viewers.

The Edit mode replicates the PBI Desktop options,

and therefore we do not support any programmatic APIs for this use-case.

I don't quite get your point, do you embed a report in edit mode or embed a dataset when mentioning adding page?
