Add image to report that's clickable to an external URL

Trying to do something really basic but cannot figure this out.

We need to add an image to our report and, if the user clicks on it, we open a new browser window to an external link.

Seems simple, right? Can't find a thing on how to do this easily. We must be missing something. The only thing we've found is to link an image to a Bookmark within the report, but this is definiely not what we want.

Actually, I do not believe that is possible in a report. You can do it in a Dashboard.

I would check Ideas and vote for it if it exists or create a new Idea if not.
