Add a Custom Row Header on the Top of a report

Suppose I have 3 Columns (X,Y,Z) in a tabular report. I want to add one custom header on them. And the report will like

        Custom Header 1

-------------------------

            X | Y | Z

The Merge Mechanism doesn't work here as Merge will make these three columns as 1 with a custom separator.
