Add Data Labels for actual, percentage and target data

Hello,

I have this chart (line and clusterd column chart). The client needs to add actual no. on the chart.

This chart has a target line also.

I need to add data lables for Actual Value, its percentage and target. 

would you please guide. Thanks.
