As PowerBi reports that are added for visualisation in any code appears to be in 'iframe' on browser. Iframe in which reports appear does not match the accessibility rules. Accessibility tool 'Accessibility Insight for web' throws this error.
Ensures <iframe> and <frame> elements contain a non-empty title attribute.
This image reflects the iframe in code in which powerBi report is showing on browser. This iframe component does not have aria-Label property.

What type and version of the web browser are your tests? Did this issue appear on all types of your web browsers?

BTW, any partiality rules or policy that enabled in your networks? You can also check the following document of power bi URLs to confirm if any request has been blocked by your settings.
