ALM toolkit error connecting to report - Permissions for Discover method

I have an error connecting to a report published in Powerbi service. I already have the XMLA enpoint for enabled in the admin portal and using an account with admin priviledges with PowerBi Pro Licen...

lbendlin my data is from an Azure blob storage account. Will this have an effect on the connection? and how can I remedy the situation?
