I have an error connecting to a report published in Powerbi service. I already have the XMLA enpoint for enabled in the admin portal and using an account with admin priviledges with PowerBi Pro Licence. Here's the error I'm getting when connecting the view changes between my locally saved file and the one published online
Any help?
Thanks,
M
@lbendlin my data is from an Azure blob storage account. Will this have an effect on the connection? and how can I remedy the situation?
Best,
M
That happens when you are trying to connect to OLAP cubes (legacy SSAS). Power BI datasets use SSAS Tabular and should not have this requirement.
