ALM Toolkit Script: saving comparison settings to reuse later

Hi there, 

I'm trying to save my comparison settings (target model, options settings and certain skip actions) to a script to reuse later. 

We have a specific action that needs skipping every time, and two main ways to deploy (retaining partitions and not retaining partitions). It would speed everything up, if we could just run a script that sets these settings. 

According to ALM toolkits website:

I can save the script just fine but when I open it, it throws this error: 

Not sure if I'm running it the right way, or misunderstood the point of the ALM toolkit script. 

Anyone able to help?
