Hi All,

Can somebody help me on this.

When I am loading my data from excel to power bi desktop, in some of the fileds " _x005F_x000D" is getting added.  I dont know why this is showing up. Any help in this regard is apprciable.

Hi Vikram387,

Which type of data are there in your excel? It seems like power bi can't decode part of the data in your excel file so that the data is in binary format. Please check the encode type of your data in excel.

Thank you Jimmy for the reply.

_x005F_x000D_ is getting added to only for the text data type fileds. After some investigation, I have found that it is getting added when theres is a  paragrpah change in the data filed.
