wrong date format in slicer

Hi all !

I just noticed this (at least from the  July version) Whatever option I select about regional setings, date in slicers showed up in US format.

My computer is set to English(Belgium) regional settings, Date should be shown as dd/mm/yy .

In fact it works in dropdown or list slicer. Not in the other options as you can see below.

fun fact one of my colleague has the same issue.

I don't have it on my personnal computer where the regional settings are set to french(belgium). I double check the two regional settings option in power bi desktop and they are all the same.

@fsim

There is not way to edit the format in Between, before and after slicer. It can only displays date in the default format.

@V-pazhen-msft , that's my point !

the default format is NOT the one the slicer is using 😕

Hi @fsim ,

Try changing the date formats using Locale in Power Query.

@harshnathani

Hi ! I tried, no effect

the format is good everywere BUT in the between (before or later) slicer

@fsim - I believe this has come up before and there really isn't a way to control the way the date is displayed in that format of the slicer.
