why my measure dont work

Hi !

my measure don't work 😞

var __Compta =  if([COMPTA]= 0,[TotalBudget],[COMPTA])

compta = sumx(compta, credit-debit)

totalbudget = sum(budget[montant])

i have a matrix : 

in row : category 1, category 2, month

in colomn = Year

for information, the last information in compta is the 15 april 2013 

actualy, the grand total sum all the compta result but not the total budget 

The table Compta And Budget are related to Date and Category 

Please, if you have an idea !
