why i get this filter error

Hi Everyone, 
I'm practising the DAX to do some tasks,
on that time i got this error message like this, I have attached the ScrrenShot Below here,
can anyone help me to clear this error.

    Hi Sanjeevan  If I can see from picture you create variable SelectedYear and later reference in into IF with column ModifiedDate.Year, later you have again this variable with QuarterNo? Hope this help, kudos appreciated.
